  3. Inventory control and costs (1 hour)
    • Methods of beverage and supply inventory control.
    • Calculation of beverage costs and profitability.
    • Strategies to minimise loss and waste.
  4. Customer care and quality service (1 hour)
    • Importance of customer service in the success of the bar.
    • Customer service techniques and handling difficult situations.
    • Promoting customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  5. Sales and marketing strategies (30 minutes)
    • Effective beverage sales techniques.
    • Developing attractive menus and promotions.
    • Use of social media and digital marketing to promote the bar.

Methodology

The Efficient Bar Management course will be conducted through a combination of theoretical presentations, practical examples and group discussions. Participants will receive a theoretical introduction to the key concepts of efficient bar management, followed by practical examples of application.
