Cocktail and food pairing
The aim of the Cocktail and Food Pairing course is to provide participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to harmoniously combine cocktails and gastronomic dishes, creating unique culinary experiences. Throughout the course, students will learn the basics of pairing, explore the different categories of cocktails and food, and develop their ability to create innovative and balanced combinations.

Efficient bar management
The aim of the Efficient Bar Management course is to provide participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to efficiently run and manage a bar or drinking establishment. Throughout the course, students will learn about key aspects such as bar organisation, inventory control, customer service and maximising sales in order to improve the profitability and success of the business.

Introduction to mixology
The aim of the Introduction to Mixology course is to provide participants with an overview of the fundamentals and basic concepts of mixology, giving them the necessary knowledge to understand and create cocktails effectively. Throughout the course, students will learn about ingredients, techniques and the basic principles of balance and creativity in mixology.

The aim of the Creative Cocktail Making course is to provide participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to create and present innovative and original cocktails. Throughout the course, students will learn advanced mixology techniques, explore unconventional ingredients and flavours, and develop their creativity in making unique cocktails.
